Freedohm Yoga is a traveling Yoga Studio that brings the Yoga to you. This gives you the Freedohm to do Yoga where you feel most comfortable. We believe Yoga is a journey of self discovery, a path to a peaceful existence and way to bring people together. We are here to help you free your mind, body and soul. Freedohm Yoga offers Yoga for all levels from beginners to advanced. We offer Yoga and meditation for adults, teens and children. We incorporate meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) in each class. We have made the promise to ourselves, our community and to Mother Earth to donate 10% of our profits to programs that help preserve the extraordinary Catskills.
